Psychological Services

Fees paid for counselling, psychotherapy, or assessment sessions are generally non-refundable once a session has been conducted.

Requests for rescheduling must be made in advance. Missed appointments without prior notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Training Programs & Workshops

Fees paid for training programs, workshops, or learning modules are non-refundable once the program has commenced or materials have been accessed.

In exceptional cases, partial refunds or transfers to future programs may be considered at the discretion of Semmanam.

Internships

Internship fees, where applicable, are generally non-refundable once the internship period has begun or onboarding has been completed.

Corporate Engagements

Corporate programs, workshops, and consulting engagements are governed by mutually agreed contractual terms. Refunds or cancellations are handled as per those agreements.

Publications & Digital Products

Fees paid for books, digital resources, or downloadable content are non-refundable once access has been provided.

Discretion & Exceptions

Semmanam reserves the right to review refund or cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis, keeping fairness and practical constraints in mind.
